Guidelines for Adults so We All Enjoy the Show
1. The program starts at 6pm.
2. The line up outside the church will start no earlier than 4pm.
3. Do not “save spots” in line for others. As the kids would say, “No butts, no cuts.” Meaning, if Mrs. Johnson is waiting in line for her 1/2 a pew, she can’t save a spot for Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Smith to get their 1/2 pews as well. Think of all of your fellow families faithfully waiting in line too.
4. The front doors (facing Campus Dr.) will open at 5pm and the side doors will remain closed. Entry will be through the front door only.
5. No food or drinks allowed in church. All food and drink must be thrown away before entry. This includes water bottles and Starbucks!
6. No one person may save more than 1/2 a pew for seating.
7. At 5:45 all seat saving stops.
8. During the program please keep aisles clear and iPads and cameras down. Those around you want to see the program first hand, not through your iPad or camera. We will have class photographers and a videographer.
9. There is a finale with all students, so please be prepared to stay for the entire concert. Your child will remain in their classroom until the finale. You cannot take your child back and forth to watch siblings. They will remain with their class for the entire program. Please remain in your seat and enjoy all the school children.
10. Pick up your children in their classroom after the show has ended. Please do not take the children from church or as they transition back to the classrooms. Just as your child was signed in, they must be signed out. It is a safety issue.
We are fortunate to utilize our church for this performance. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure we all behave respectfully. This is a time of community and celebration.
