Holy Angels School is a vital ministry of Holy Angels Parish. We are committed to educating children in mind, body and soul. We provide a safe and nurturing environment that challenges our students to live Christ’s Gospel message and to discover and develop their God-given talents.

Holy Angels School acknowledges its critical role in assisting parents in the important task of educating their children. We view our partnership with them as one of mutual accountability in providing a quality Catholic education.

We provide an excellent educational program designed to develop confident learners who demonstrate proficiency across the curriculum. Our school’s academic and co-curricular programs emphasize social responsibility, the importance of physical and mental health, and a profound respect for the dignity of life and for the world in which we live.

Emergency Information

New Parent Orientation
All new families at Holy Angels School are invited to a New Parent Orientation this Sunday, August 22 after the 9:00 AM Mass General information will be presented, along with an opportunity to meet our CPTA, other school families, and ask any questions.

School Begins
Monday, August 30 the 2010-11 school year begins at 8:00 AM. Students will be dismissed at noon on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday being full days of school. Students will have no school on Monday, Sept. 6 in observance of Labor Day.

Choice Lunch
We are happy to welcome Choice Lunch to Holy Angels School. Students may sign up for hot lunches and place their orders at www.choicelunch.com. The registration code is: holyangels.

Back to School Night
Mark your calendars now for Back to School Night on Wednesday, September 8 at 7:00 PM. Kindergarten and PK/JK classes will meet 30 minutes prior to the general meeting at 6:30.

		Prospective Students
		The parents of students interested in attending Holy Angels School are invited to contact the school office for information regarding openings, requirements, tuition or any other specific questions. Appointments with the principal, school tours and classroom observations may also be arranged by calling (626) 447-6312. The application process for the 2010-2011 school year is now open. Applications are available from this website or from the school office.

		Curriculum
		Holy Angels school implements a standards-based curriculum, in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Copies of these standards are available on this site.

		Registration & Tuition
		Registration for the 2009-2010 school year is currently ongoing. All currently enrolled families must have their registration forms and payment turned in by April 9.


		Testing Application
		Applications for the 2010-2011 school year are now available on this website or from the school office and were due by January 8, 2010 for priority status. Applications submitted after the January 8 deadline will be accepted and a second round of testing will take place February 3 at 2:30. Students must be 4 by September 1 , 2010 to be eligible for the Pre-Kindergarten, 5 by December 1 to be eligible for Jr. Kindergarten, and 5 by September 1, 2010 to be eligible for Kindergarten.
